บริษัท แอลเลอร์เทค จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2539 โดยคณะแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการรักษาโรคภูมิแพ้  กว่า 24 ปีที่บริษัทได้ดำเนินกิจการนำเข้าผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำยาทดสอบและรักษาโรคภูมิแพ้  ผลิตภัณฑ์เวชสำอางผิวแพ้ง่าย โดยบริษัทเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในประเทศไทย
